Why would any startup NOT use @mercury + @atlas? They're just so freakishly good. Created the Delaware C-Corp in 1 hour with $0 lawyer fees. Now raising money is so easy with their Fundraising feature. Closing an investor takes 2 steps: 1. Send Safe doc via Atlas (uses DocuSign under hood) 2. Send Mercury payment link Just got another investor's commitment wired into our account by clicking one button. I've been paid $0.00 to say this :)
