Tesla could single handily put Turo & other rental companies out of business if this were to scale to other parts of the country. Supercharging included PLUS FSD, and unlimited mileage for $60/day. Would be game over.
You should never rent a car on Turo. I once returned a car to owner, he did final inspection and approved it. A day later I get a claim that there was a rock chip on the paint (grift) but no worries, I paid for the turo insurance. Wrong—I had to pay some crazy deductible AND they tried to file a claim on my personal insurance. A rental for a couple days ended up costing me thousands. Fraudulent car owners + a shitty platform opens you to all kinds of liability.
