NEURA Robotics, Europe's leading humanoid robotics startup, has established a branch office in Hangzhou, China! According to Chinese corporate information platform Qichacha, the new entity was registered on September 26, 2025, with a substantial registered capital of €45 million. Notably, NEURA CEO David Reger will serve as the legal representative, signaling the strategic importance of this move. This development follows a pattern we're seeing across the industry: with companies like Tesla, Physical Intelligence, and other prominent US humanoid makers sourcing heavily from China, it's becoming increasingly clear that the country plays an indispensable role in the intelligent robotics supply chain and ecosystem. NEURA's decision to establish a significant presence in the neighborhood of companies like Alibaba Group, Unitree Robotics and DEEP Robotics underscores this reality.

Just got off a call with the CEO of Neura Robotics. It genuinely feels like one of the most innovative and fastest-growing companies I’ve come across in my 10 years as an investor. Right now, it seems like there isn’t a single serious global company out there that isn’t going all-in on robotics. The race for physical AI has started. It’s the only real path to solving structural issues like demographics and productivity, and to growing the pie again without relying on endless debt. The 2–3 companies that win this race will become multi-trillion dollar businesses. In believe Neura will be one of them.

Neura Robotics' 4NE-1 will replace manual welding work at HD Hyundai Samho, a shipyard under the Hyundai Group. HD Hyundai Samho also previously partnered with Persona AI, a Houston-based humanoid robotics company, to deploy multifunctional humanoid robots at the shipyard.(Figure 3) You might be wondering why not Boston Dynamics' Atlas?

Tether is moving far beyond stablecoins. The crypto giant is leading a massive $1.4 billion Series C funding round in German cognitive robotics firm Neura Robotics. The move marks a major push into the "machine economy," with plans to embed self-custodial crypto wallets directly into humanoid robots. #Tether #CryptoNews
